This equipment is not in scope of any CE or UKCA marking regulations, so it cannot carry a CE or UKCA marking.
It is not in scope of UK Supply of Machinery Regulations or EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC as lifting equipment. It is equipment for moving loads, not lifting them in the same way that a wheelbarrow is.
EU Machinery Directive Guidance Edition 2.3 §412 Classification of equipment used for lifting loads with lifting machinery page 404 onwards specifically indicates that a wheel barrow is not in scope of Machinery Directive as lifting equipment.
This equipment is in scope of UK General Product Safety Regulations 2005 S.I. No 1803 (GPSR) https://www.legislation.gov.
There are no harmonised or designated standards that apply to it.
